Sablée is part of The Semilla Group, a local restaurant group whose vision was to create an elevated culinary experience, in the form of a French Restaurant located in the happening Calle Loiza neighborhood of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Like each of its unique restaurants, the goal of Sablée is to offer a distinctive, edgy and sexy design to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere, aiming to transport guests to the city of love and food.
