Sablée is a French restaurant like no other, featuring an edgy and seductive design that creates a unique, fun, and captivating atmosphere. Our goal is when walking through the doors we let the vibes, music and flavors transport you - for at least a brief moment - to the city of love and food.

The culinary experience at Sablée was carefully curated by Executive Chef Armando Ayala, and the menu is meant to facilitate a gastronomic journey that touches upon classic french notes, with a personal twist. His approach to French Cuisine ensures a unique experience in the local Puerto Rican Culinary Market.
Le Bar
The bar at Sablée is the perfect setting to have one or two of our signature cocktails, martinis, or even something special from one of our seasoned mixologists. The beautiful black marble top is the perfect ambiance to have an evening cocktail, a casual dinner for one, or a great way to closeout an evening with friends.
Les Pâtisseries
All of the delicious pastries at Sablée are made 'fait maison' (i.e. 'in house') by our Executive Chef Marife Oria, trained in traditional french pastries at the prestigious Le Corden Bleu in Chicago and Mexico City.
Her pastries are a special delight for those lucky enough to try them.
